Tros Yr Afon is tucked away in the beautiful town of Beaumaris, Anglesey’s best kept secret. At the end of a winding country lane and close to the rocky shoreline lies this peacefully set cluster of beautiful holiday properties, consisting of a period Manor House with a courtyard of additional cottages, converted barns and stables, surrounded by six acres of gardens and trees.

Ty Mawr
is a period manor house. Tastefully restored and renovated and in keeping with the character of the property. On the ground floor is a double room with shower en-suite, elegant sitting room with open fire, dining room, TV room, utility room, cloak room and fitted kitchen. Upstairs there are seven bedrooms, two double bedrooms with en-suite, one double bedroom, four twin bedrooms and three separate family bathrooms. Breakfasts provided

Cwt Coed has two bedrooms. Beamed sitting room/dining room with open fire and French windows to garden. A farmhouse style kitchen, a separate bathroom/WC (shower attachment), a double bedroom and a twin bedded room.

Sleeps 4: BOOKED: by the Deeks family

Graig has two bedrooms. Beamed throughout. Sitting room with dining area and French windows to garden
and patio. A farmhouse style kitchen and on the first floor a double bedroom and a twin bedded room with separate bathroom/WC (shower attachment). Breakfasts provided.

Sleeps 4: BOOKED: by Pam, Graham, Dave and Jan

Ty Pant has four bedrooms. Sitting room with beamed walls and ceiling and open fire with a separate dining room, a farmhouse style kitchen and a separate shower room/WC. On the first floor a galleried landing, two double bedrooms, two bunk bedded rooms and a separate bathroom/WC .

Sleeps 8: BOOKED: by Sam Higgitt

Hafren has three bedrooms. A spacious cottage with beams throughout, on the ground floor a sitting room
with a log burner, dining room, a farmhouse style kitchen and a separate bathroom / WC (shower attachment). First staircase to first floor leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. The
second staircase to first floor leads to a second double bedroom.

Sleeps 6: BOOKED for Higgitt, Lewis and Foulkes party

Plas Menai has three bedrooms. A beamed sitting room and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with beams.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a separate bathroom/WC.

Sleeps 4: BOOKED by Ken Rackley

Coedlys has four bedrooms. A beamed cottage throughout consisting of a sitting room with an open fire,
a dining room with French windows leading to the garden, a farmhouse style kitchen and a
separate ground floor shower room/WC. On the first floor: two double bedrooms and two bunk
bedded rooms with a shared family bathroom. This property has a dishwasher, tumble dryer and is heated with central heating. Breakfasts provided.

Stiwdio has one bedroom. A second floor flat with an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area with a double bedroom, bathroom and small room.

Alternative Evening Transport Arrangements: we have hired a private coach for those who do not wish to stay and live in the vicinity:

Leaving Bangor from The Crosville Club, Hirael, 6:30pm and stopping at Ffordd Y Fair, Menai Bridge (main bus stops) on the way, at around 6:50pm.

Return Journey
Departing Tros Yr Afon afterwards at 12:30am, stopping on request.
